Baseball Weekend in Baltimore

Greg and his dad have been traveling the U.S. for a few years going to different baseball stadiums, the goal is to see all of them! This year they included Connor on their weekend, the first of many! This year the threesome traveled to Baltimore to see the Orioles.

Greg and Larry let Connor pick the rental car and he picked this bright green one!

The weekend of course consists of baseball games, 3, night games Saturday and Monday and a day game on Sunday. The weekend involves everyone getting a hat for the team they are visiting, eating lots of ballpark food, and just good ole fashion male bonding!

Connor even took some batting practice!

They went to an interesting breakfast restaurant where they ordered french toast with captain crunch cereal in it, apparently it was good!

Monday they went to the aquarium. Connor did not like the sharks, but despite this picture he still had a great time!

The boys had a great weekend and Sydney and I had a great time just the two of us, but I sure missed my guys! I decided to meet them at the airport with a balloon for Connor, I think he was more excited about the balloon than seeing me! I knew it was going to be hard to be away from Connor this long but wow it was very tough, so having him home is wonderful! I like having my family of four all together!

More Summer Fun!

I am watching my sister and brother-in-law's dog during the week. Captain is getting so big and he and Guinness love to play! Guinness looks very mean here but they have a lot of fun together.

Of course Connor had to join in!

We got Connor a bigger pool this year for the backyard and as you can see Brayden and Connor are enjoying it!

Last weekend we went to the Children's Museum with the Walts and they had a new exhibit, rockets! Here is Connor's rocket that he was able to shoot and it did very well! Tony is in the background perfecting his rocket, Connor's rocket (with the help of Greg) went further and Tony was not very happy with that....oh boys you are so competitive!

Tamara and I took Brayden and Connor bowling last week and they had an amazing time. They of course had bumpers and a "slide" to help them with the ball. It was so fun for us to watch them carry the ball and get very excited about the pins falling down.

Sydney just watched this time, but I'm sure we'll have her playing very soon.
